Introduction
Semi-automatic KN95(N95) mask making machine is used to make medical masks with(or without) a resparitor. It can be used to make up to 6 layers masks.
Semi- automatic KN95(N95) mask production line consists of 3 major machines, a blank mask making machine which used to mount a nose strip and weld the profile, a ear loop ultrasonic welding machine and a final edge ultrasonic welding machine.
There are two kinds of ultrasonic ear loop welding machines, one station machine and multi-stations machine.
There are also two kinds of ultrasonic edge welding machines, one station machine and multi-stations machine.
